"Hotel was nice, we had a suite on top floor. Couldn’t use pool as was already booked."

"Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly. "

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."

"Unfortunately its not a place that i can recommend. The beds are moving too much that I almost fell over so I asked the bottom bed When I did my check in the receptionist almost threw me the room card. The next morning When I asked where to paid a coffee , She just said its closed and still looking her computer . Few mns after They served one person, then said no and again served some. You can't really change you device as the equipments are next to the bottom beds. The only good point it was the bathroom inside the room"
