"Only issue we had was the keys we received in the check in kiosk didn’t work so we had to go back down to the check in desk."

"The room was nice and rest of the casino and restaurants were good. The pool area, which is supposedly a draw of this resort, was a terrible experience. The resort is evidently selling pool day passes to the general public, and consequently the entire pool area is horrendous. A total circus, overcrowded, no space for a hotel guest to use the lazy river, no chairs open, totally over run by the outside community. I probably will never stay there with my wife again, and I’ve been coming to Vegas for literally 40 years. If you sell day passes and insult your paying hotel guests, you will lose respect and business to loyal travelers. My wife and I went down to the pool for 20 minutes, we were disgusted and we left, on a vacation we waited 6 months for. Do better."

"Very dated and our room had a few maintenance problems. The "strobe" entrance light was fixed quickly, but the noisy pipes were bad and the TV kept losing connection. Neither could be fixed apparently. Pool hours were only 9-5. The location in the middle of the strip was great, and the reason we chose TI. Parking was easy and free."

"Cleaned my room put the trash away put all towels in one corner cleaned the room myself and they still didn’t give me my full security deposit back as well as never used the mini fridge never used any ameneties was only there for one night to get ready and leave and still didn’t receive my full security deposit back"
