"Great stay for our family the night before departing from ICN. The buffet was incredible and restaurant staff very helpful in arranging a special birthday/farewell private experience. We had a delicious and beautiful cake to celebrate as well. Spa experience was fantastic. Transport to airport very convenient and reliable. Rooms were beautiful and spacious."

"Very clean and comfortable, had a beautiful ocean and expo park view. We’ve been traveling for a while so we were very happy the hotel had laundry facility with two large washers and dryers. The breakfast buffet had good options of both western and Korean food, the only drawback is they close at 9:30, a bit too early to have leisurely brunch on vacation. Understandable that the hotel caters to business travelers but there were many families that were on vacation. "

"It’s a lovely hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. Our room had a sofa which is really great on a long stay. The hotel also has a 24 hour store in the lobby, fully stocked for every need. Lots of bakeries, testa and stores and near the metro and airport bus stop. Will definitely stay here on my next visit. "

"It was our first time to Seoul and we thought that the ENA has an excellent location, large rooms, comfortable stay. Great wifi. We would stay here again. Only thing is that in-house guests must pay to use the pool, which we thought was strange. "
