"I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay.
I originally booked Grand Hyatt Incheon, but without clear explanation, I was moved to a different hotel (Paradise area), which was not what I paid for. To make things worse, I was even told that I had to cancel my own booking just so they could reserve another room for us,which was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
The room conditions were unacceptable — the bathroom door was broken with no lock, the carpet was dirty (there was even visible hair left behind), and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. Even the bed was uncomfortable to the point that I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. The lighting was also poor with no dim option, and the air conditioning was difficult to use and not functioning properly.
What made things worse was the service. Complimentary items like personal hygiene kits required extra payment, which was unexpected. During checkout, the staff showed little initiative to assist. We informed the receptionist about needing the airport shuttle, yet no one guided us or told us to wait outside. As a result, we missed the shuttle.
Because of this lack of coordination, we had no choice but to spend extra money on a jumbo van just to make it to the airport on time. It was stressful, inconvenient, and completely avoidable.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and standards. Unfortunately, I will not be booking here again."
