"We've stayed in Seoul many times and like to explore different areas. This time we knew we were going to be spending a day at Lotte World, so I decided to book the namesake hotel, knowing that it is a 5-star hotel. We were not disappointed. The hotel is high class and immaculate. The staff is to each person attentive, professional, warm and friendly. They assisted us with several asks including booking park tickets, taxi to airport, pool access, and provided suggestions and hints along the way. Our room was a good size and comparable to big city hotel rooms in the US. We booked a Deluxe Double room with Sofa Bed, which was perfect for us and our toddler. Our view was incredible - the Lotte World Tower rising to the sky just outside our window. Walking access to Dept Store, Subway/Metro, etc. was extremely convenient. And for Lotte World itself, hotel guests are provided a special side entrance away from the crowds. Seeing how crowded it could get at the main entrance the next day, this was a huge time-saver. Would stay here again. Really top quality hotel and service across the board."

"Hotel very conveniently located right next to subway entrance. Walking distance to a restaurant and bar street in the area. Room is spacious and clean. However, some of the amenities in the room feel like they r falling apart. Shower drain doesn’t work properly, makeup mirror is water stained and wobbly, back-panel for under the sink cabinet fell off. Electric outlets in the room are a hit and miss too."

"Me and my husband absolutely love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Seoul. Very convenient in terms of location to transportation: the airport limousine bus drops off a minute away, station access within a couple minutes, and bus stops just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. There is also a port cochere for easy taxi or car drop offs and pick ups. There is a plethora of food options in every direction, including some nightlife one street behind the hotel. This hotel’s staff is always friendly and respectful, extremely clean, and has a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surrounding city. The room size is enough for a couple. We got a room where the toilet room and shower room were separate so that was a plus. One of my favorite amenities that they provide are collagen eye masks which are perfect when you’ve traveled for hours and need a refresh. Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. We can’t wait for our next trip to the Hotel Gracery Seoul!"
