"The room was quite small. We had to pay extra to check in early even though there was an available room. Mostly, the property was run down (there was a hole in the curtain that looked like a cigarette burn), the bathroom smelled like sewage, the cleaners weren’t very thorough (left several pieces of trash on the floor), the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, no luggage rack/umbrellas, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear it every time people nearby opened or closed a door. There were also really loud noises from another room’s plumbing that woke us up into middle of the night. Pros- really soft towels, comfortable pillows, refillable water bottles"

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. While walking around the casino there were workers cleaning. And a couple of time we were stop and asked How was everything? & Did we need help with anything? In which was very helpful considering this was my first time booking with Harrah’s. My only recommendation would be if the resort would add more restaurants options."

"We had a two queen non-smoking room which we walked into and it smelled like smoke, which they only were able to offer to spray which was not an option because I'm sensitive to frequencies. Then when we went to go to the pool, they said it was closed because an adult had pooped in it. Then when we returned after 3 PM, the pool was incredibly crowded. The spa was permanently closed and the outdoor adult pool was closed due to weather so we were charged a resort fee and didn't even get to enjoy the amenities such as the pool. Other than that, the beds were slightly soft the pillow pillows could've been more firm and I would've appreciated more refrigerator space."
