My rating is solely for my interaction with staff and how they could have handled the situation. Expedia was wonderful to us and refunded the whole amount of the cost. "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was great. The skywalk takes you right over to the convention center without having to go outside and deal with cars and street lights. Lots of restaurants near by that we could walk to."
