The property was undergoing renovation but otherwise it was very clean. my kids loved hanging out at the pool and going to breakfast in the morning. Check in and check out was very quick, would stay again.

The staff was friendly. There was construction going on the renovate the hotel. The signs said it could be between 9 am and 6 pm. There was definitely construction outside of those hours that we could hear from next door or above our room. The construction workers smelled terribly of smoke making the halls smell bad. Also, the ding on the elevator was very loud and we were a few rooms down the hall. Overall, not a horrible stay. But probably wouldn't stay here again if there were other options.

Location was good - easy to find off of I74. A number of dining options and a gas stations right up the street from hotel. Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and looked to be newly remodeled. No highway noise that I could tell. Air conditioner unit was quiet enough to sleep with it on.

The room is outdated weathered and not happy that the floor kept getting all wet when we showered there were ants on our nightstand. However the room was clean and the staff was helpful, and I see construction being done in the property. Also breakfast was great. Just a suggestion, you should add breakfast potatoes that would have completed my breakfast. I will stay again

Nice clean simple hotel in an area with some good restaurants from a Japanese Steakhouse (5 star) to many fast casual spots. It’s a 10 minute uber to downtown. Breakfast is hot with many choices. Good spot for the price point.

We checked into the LaQuinta Inn weighing show in the middle of a storm and it was late. The desk clerk was awesome. She was friendly and it was just her there working. She was checking people in and answering the phone. I know that’s her job. But she was professional and friendly at the same time. The room rwas good but the tub was old. Continental Breakfast was not so great. They were pretty much out of everything.
