Breakfast starts at 6:30, and was excellent for a hotel at this price. Facility was clean & quiet, 4 floors with elevator. Room was spacious with desk & chair. Standalone closet for hanging clothes. Beds were good, and TV on wall was positioned so both beds had equal view. Mini fridge was small, with no freezer compartment. Bathroom vanity was wide. Shower head in tub was high, with no adjustment settings. The stream was not strong.

A pretty standard budget hotel experience. Easy to get to off the highway, ample free parking, clean facilities, helpful staff, well-maintained rooms with the typical amenities you'd expect for the price. The area is not walkable at all (but it's Indiana, so I wasn't really expecting it to be), but there's plenty of dining and shopping within a couple minutes' drive. My only two complaints are that my room had a torn carpet that I tripped on in the dark once, and the pancake machine wasn't refilled with batter when I went to have breakfast.
