Top South Glamorgan Hotel Reviews
The Angel Hotel
8/10 Good
"Rooms were clean, though the property is old but nicely maintained. Staff are OK. Bre a fast was excellent and I will recommend. Parking is an issue. The carpark looks scary, unsafe. Costumers should be advised of an extra £17 or so, for parking at the property that was not clearly written when you book, that was really annoying. Altogether, a great place to stay."
The Coal Exchange Hotel
8/10 Good
"Friendly staff, the room was large but very dark, it had dark wallpaper & curtains & there were only a couple of spot lights as you entered then a lit recess area above the bed & one bedside lamp which wasn’t ideal. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom had a huge jacuzzi bath, with nice towels provided. We did go for breakfast, it’s self service, plenty to choose from, tho scrambled is the only egg option, good for the price."

"You couldn’t ask for anything more Central literally seconds away from Central Station- nice hotel very clean and well priced. Was a little concerned regarding street noise but honestly didn’t hear a squeak! Breakfast was really good fantastic choice of coffee cereals fruit and cooked options and very pleasant young lady looking after the area."

Tanes Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Good communication, clean room and ideal location. Will book again!"
Novotel Cardiff Centre
8/10 Good
"The family room was good, although the sofa bed is a little narrow for two teenagers. We had two nights in another budget chain prior to arriving at the Novotel, where they provide two single fold-up beds which we found to be a much better arrangement amd more comfortable for the children. The room was clean. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are excellent and were very welcome. The food in the restaurant was good, only the service being a little slow let it down. We thought the hotel parking at £24 for the day was expensive, until looking at the local multi-story alternatives that were £31 a day?! There are a few spaces on the road outside that are free between 18:00-08:00 that you can take advantage of. We would definitely stay there again."
Cardiff Bute Terrace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
