"Staff as always polite, helpful and welcoming… The room itself could do with some updating, the toilet bowl could maybe do with some bleach and unfortunately couldn’t use shower as it was over the bath which I struggle with.. but it hasn’t stopped me staying and enjoying time out of everyday life!"

"The staff were absolutely Superb, so helpful, room wasn’t ready but that was 1 o’clock they took my phone number and rang and we still got in the room an hour before we should have, the staff behind the bar offered to make cocktails even if it wasn’t on the menu and the staff up the spa were excellent all round we had an extremely lovely time"

"Easy to book. Easy parking. Room was lovely. Property is a little dark on the inside, due to the amount of dark wood used, but understand the reason as the history of the building. Great access to Cardiff bay. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely consider booking here again."
