"Check in stunk, “literally “. You have to walk through the casino to get to the guest check in. If that wasn’t bad enough, they required my wife’s id in order to complete check in. The staff person checking me in had no idea why that was required and said for safety. I was going to leave but my cancellation could not be processed until the next day due to a manager not being on site. I recommend that they provide directions for the hotel guest check in by a path other than through the casino. Also educate staff on the reason for policies so they don’t have to don’t have to adlib bs responses. "
