South Bank hotel rooms a the Hyatt Hotels

"The hotel is in a great location, literally a five minute walk over the Westminster Bridge to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Also walking distance to St James Park, Buckingham Palace and the Churchill Bunker Museum. The London Eye and River cruises are even closer. The hotel is perfectly fine, clean etc, very nice beds - reason why I’d only give it a “good” rating is the ambiance. The lighting in snide is very subdued, color scheme is black and red and it always feels like nighttime. I literally don’t know how the staff at the check-in desks stay awake, it’s so dim. The rooms were nice, nice bathrooms, great towels and bedding. Concierge service was v nice - they held our luggage for us on our checkout day while we were sightseeing and said they can hold luggage up to 24 hrs."
