"Its not so much the hotel. We booked the embassy suites and when we fot there, we're told they overbooked and we did t have rooms! Shunted to Hilton, in a less than desirable neighborhood. Hilton was ok, but no where near we booked. 30 minaway."

"Easy to checked in. Elevator wasn't working the whole weekend I was there. Front staff didn't made me aware that it wasn't working until I saw the, "out of order" sign. I stayed in a suite, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living room area were fully equipped. As soon as I arrived, I checked the room. I noticed trash in the dining trash can, one of the glasses was still dirty and they had forgotten to put var soap. Everything else was in places The room had no AC, so would need to leave the door open so air could come on from the living room. Bathtub was repainted. Wifi signal kept going down. TV signal would work for a few minutes then it would go down. I did asked the front desk about the wifi signal and I was tols, someone had a complain and they had reset it. However it "

"Lake views were nice. However trying to park our truck in the garage was impossible. We were then asked to park at an adjacent parking spot and we received a big warning tow away ticket. We decided to go back to valet and they refused to valet. So now we have no where to park. We asked the valet manager what other options are there to park. He said to park in first level of valet. But man it was such a pain so don’t bring your big rig here. Construction everywhere and the neighboring buildings arent friendly. If you have a big truck don’t stay here! Otherwise was a decent stay. A little overpriced and overcrowded in my opinion. "
