"Worst experience in my life!!! The apartment is worn out, not as nice as on photos. One door was opening 30% only, Pool was closed but they told that it was open. The check in process was horrible. They asked us about the arrival time. We came when we agreed on. The agent showed up 1 hour later and kept telling us that he comes ASAP completely ignoring me about the exact time, The reception guy didn’t allow us to park in the garage before we finish checkin and there was no place to leave the...

"The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. "

"Staff were excellent in accommodating an early check in and late check out. Views from the apartment are breathtaking. However, the apartment itself could do with a thorough clean (toilets were mouldy and filthy when I arrived) and walls can be painted to cover up stains and patch-work maintenance- does make the apartment look cheap and uncared for. But overall, a fantastic 2 weeks staying at yours for Christmas and New Year"

"very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes. Pool services are excellent.Lifguard Ramit and Jivan very friendly and helpful "
