"very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes.

"The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel.
The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence.
I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less.
I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent.

"L’appartamento è vecchio e mal tenuto..ante armadi tenute insieme per miracolo, sporco e vecchio. Il vero problema è che sono truffatori. Appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto 250 euro di deposito..nelle condizioni c’era solo scritto 100 diram come visibile da screen shot. Alla fine mi hanno dato indietro 100 euro e i ladri si sono tenuti 150 euro per pulizia, tenete conto che io come da policy avevo persino raccolto in un grande sacchetto tutta l’immondizia prodotta. Allego per chiarezza lo scambio...

"From the moment we arrived in Shangri-La Dubai it was such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Our one bedroom suite gave us spectacular sunset views but was quiet and very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully soft and after a day of sightseeing / shopping it was the most relaxing place to come back to.
I would definitely recommend booking the Horizon Lounge package as it was absolutely worth it - the entire Horizon Club team went above and beyond to make our stay special and a big extra thank you should out goes to Erika, Janeth and Kloderam!!!
Pools were great, the access to the indoor pool was amazing - we went at night and the lights made it more serene.
Hotel choice of food was amazing and every meal felt like a treat.
We took advantage of the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall which was great in the heat although taxis do arrive within minutes and you are central to all places.
For unbeatable views, comfort, great dining and genuinely warm service in th heart of Dubai - Shangri-La delivers!!
