"My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything – from the décor to the cleanliness – was at the highest standard. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. "Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it."
