Although it is not in the center of Maspalomas, the city is easily reachable in a few minutes by car. In the evening it is pleasant to walk in this town that offers local markets and nightlife

Vi bodde på Grupotel Tres Vidas på parferie og hadde et fantastisk opphold. Vi valgte all inclusive, og maten og drikken var svært god – og alltid tilgjengelig uten venting. Servicen var helt utmerket gjennom hele uken. Personalet ordnet til og med frokostpakker til oss den dagen vi reiste tidlig, og de bestilte taxi for oss uten problemer. Bassengområdet var flott, ryddig og meget velholdt, med helt nye, komfortable solsenger og rikelig med plass selv på populære tider av dagen. Leiligheten vi bodde i var stor, lys og praktisk innredet, med en romslig veranda og svært gode senger. Det var helt stille om natten, noe som gjorde at vi sov godt hver eneste natt. Hotellet ligger i et rolig område, men med flere små supermarkeder i kort gangavstand. Dersom man ønsker å spise ute, finnes det også et godt utvalg av restauranter i nærheten. Vi opplevde hele oppholdet som avslappende, ryddig og problemfritt. Tres Vidas leverte på alle områder – et ideelt sted for par som ønsker en rolig, komfortabel ferie med god standard og høy kvalitet på service. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Innsjekking var på Orquidea Hotel. Der var også frokosten servert. Leiligheten lå i en av bygningene i skråningen opp en bratt bakke ovenfor Orquidea Hotel og det var litt dårlig skiltet hvor den lå. Leiligheten var romslig og fin.

Buenas vacaciones

El sitio es perfecto para moverte por la isla o para disfrutar de sus instalaciones. El único pero son los colchones de las camas, podrían mejorar. El servicio exquisito.

Bra hotell som erbjuder mycket aktiviteter för hela familjen. Dock är lägenheterna i behov av renovering, känns daterade och inte i linje med övriga anläggningen. Plus för poolerna och alla aktiviteterna samt nära till busshållplats för att kunna göra utflykter.

La estancia muy bien después de un inicio algo complicado. El estado del alojamiento está regular, necesitaría una reforma del mobiliario que está viejo y muy usado. El personal del establecimiento un DIEZ! En todos los departamentos, recepción, comedor, servicio de limpieza, etc. Enhorabuena!

Vamos durante años ..pero esta última vez el complejo estaba abarrotado y se notaba q las señoras de la limpieza estaban a full. Pobrecillas hasta pena me daban. También creo q se debería mencionar que en Tres Vidas los apartamentos son en cuesta. Nosotros lo comunicamos con antelación y nos reservan en primera línea porque llevamos a mi abuela minusválida. Siempre Margarita y Salvador nos tratan con un gusto exquisito. También notamos que el buffet ha bajado un poco en la calidad pero le damos un aprobado. Por lo demás, el enclave es maravilloso, al lado del mar y el entorno muy cuidado. Nosotros repetiremos sin duda alguna, creemos que las críticas constructivas son buenas

Llegamos en agosto y está muy lleno, demasiado quizás. Al complejo le faltaría otra piscina en la zona de césped de Las Pitas para no centrar a todos los huéspedes en el hotel Orquídea. La cuesta para acceder a los apartamentos es muy inclinada, faltaría un elevador en el muro para las personas en silla de ruedas. El buffet muy básico, le falta más calidad y más variedad.El atendimiento por parte de los empleados fantástico. Es lo mejor sin duda del alojamiento

La entrada al apartamento fue especificada por correo electrónico que era a las 14:00. Cuando llegue a esa hora al alojamiento me piden mis datos personales y me cobran antes de mínimamente informar de que el apartamento no estará listo hasta las 15:30. Para colmo, intentan compensar con poder estar en las instalaciones, como si de esto no tuviera derecho ya, además de ni si quiera disculparse verbalmente de la situación que pueda pasar, si no con actitud de indiferencia total. Hay alimentos que no servían de nada , coste con el que contaba para estos días y para almorzar este mismo día .Gracias
