"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

"Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Check in was easy with excellent service. Airport shuttle was ok but hard to find driver. He was excellent driver but would have been better if he had our names written down on his card. The hotel sent me old pictures that were not correct on how to find driver so that was very confusing along with all the other chaotic noise surrounding the area at the airport. "
