"This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Check-in time was 4 pm, rooms were not ready, so we had to stay at the hotel lobby until 6:30 pm, with 2-year-old. So lazy river was closed at 5 pm so that day is gone. Rooms were so dirty, carpets were so dirty with food stains and had a very bad smell. Room had lots of small bugs I called the hotel and they said they don’t have other rooms available. Someone came and cleaned the bugs but still were there. Parking area had a garbage smell. That hotel needs major renovation; everything is very old. It’s not safe for small kids. "

"I've stayed at plenty of Embassy Suites over the years and unfortunately, this hotel was one of my least favorites. While the exterior of the hotel was nice, the inside of each unit was a different story. The bathrooms were extremely small and in not great shape. It was clear that the ceiling had experienced some leaks as the paint had bubbled and sagged and there were holes in the paint where the liquid had been drained. There was rust and holes in the wall throughout. One of the worst parts about this is the structural integrity of the building itself. We were in a ground floor room and when the guests above us came home for the night, EVERY single step they had upstairs was accompanied with a *thud* as well as creaks in the floor. And it is not an exaggeration when I say EVERY SINGLE STEP was met with a thud/vibration as well as a creaking. Imagine this late at night as well as early early in the morning when your room is otherwise dead silent. The breakfast at this location was also the worst I've ever experienced at an Embassy Suites. The only hot food items they had available were scrambled eggs and potatoes. The omelette line was always at least 10-15 people deep and at 3-5 minutes per omelette, there was no way I was going to stand in line for 45 minutes for one. One of the pros was that the hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. But other than that, the stay as a whole was unfortunately met with disappointment after disappointment. "

"The room was great, got a poolside room. Staff was helpful as always. 2 things: the pools were tepid at best. And the Capri Restaurant needs to stop making ALL the steaks in wine sauce. Perhaps I can ask for without it, but it is such a strange taste not everyone is used to. Drinks are strong, people are nice and we LOVE coming here. "

"Dirty, coffee pot was disgusting, big window in front did not have a lock, and then when they fix the lock, I opened it partially, and then could not close it again, there is no microwave in the room. The room was spacious, but really needed some work. The reef bar annd restaurant and Sanchos restaurant that was sort of attached to the pool were great. But the hotel really needs some tender, loving care."

"Heres the thing...we love The Saguaro for the vibes but the property could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. And the carpet in the rooms needs some serious love. Ive always felt like The Saguaro just doesn't care much about anything but the pool area. My daughter and I had an ok stay but lots of issues about housekeeping, clogged plumbing in our room etc. We addressed the issued with management but being 100% transparent they didn’t even get back to us until after we left the property. Management communicated that they were short staffed and that contributes to some of the issues but knowing that it was Spring Break time I dont fully understand how they weren't prepared. In a nutshell we enjoyed our stay because my daughter and I make sure we have a good time everywhere we go but I really hope they step up their game. The complimentary bicycles were great the restaurant is delicious and pool vibes are vibing but truth be told they absolutely must step their game up."

"Clean room, well stocked. Plenty of amenities to keep the kids entertained. This was our second year in a row staying here. "

"Parking was safe. Room was clean. I’m pretty picky on room cleanliness and always feel like hotel rooms could be cleaner with surfaces being wiped clean. But I did not feel uncomfortable and was able to use shower and bathroom not feeling grossed out. The dog friendliness was great. Did not use any other amenities. "
