Pros: good location for what we needed, clean, big bathroom, nice staff, back patio view is pretty
Cons: no door to the bathroom so it lights up the room, bathroom light/fan was SO loud we thought it was broken, you can hear the staff in the lobby at night if you stay in the rooms closest to the stairs, the continental breakfast was meh and they had no cold water or hot water even though they had tea out, the bed frame is a wooden box that is easy to trip over with the sharp corners, the shower had an outside glass door for some reason but it was transparent (I could see in someone house across the water so I’m sure they could see in too), they have events and people not staying at the hotel take up the parking so you have to park across the street (not awful just irritating), they use a strong scented cleaner so if you’re sensitive to smell be mindful, the bed wasn’t bad it just was a foam top and so were the pillows and my husband and I didn’t feel fully rested
Overall the staff was nice, the place was clean and we were barely there so it served its purpose but it wouldn’t be our first choice
Continental B-fst. was great on Fri. morning . Then on Sat.
a.m. as we came down to eat prior to check-out , we were
informed there was no breakfast due to Sat. & Sun. being " Brunch Days ".!!! Bad way to send off your Room-Paying
guests after a pleasant 2-night stay.
We had such a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly homey and welcoming yet veryromanticand chic..
One of our favorite parts was that our room was right in front of the lake, which made the whole experience feel even more special and relaxing. The restaurant right next door was also a highlight—great drinks and a delicious Sunday brunch that we really enjoyed.
The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, and we especially want to thank John, who made us feel welcome from day one. He truly helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our little weekend getaway and couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. We’d absolutely come back!
This hotel is a charming find with tasteful decor and a pleasant scent that greets you right at the door. Our room was clean and functional, featuring a great mattress and pillows, a strong hot shower, and an A/C unit that was both effective and quiet. We also loved the soft towels and the tiny but cute balcony overlooking the lake. The location is ideal with plenty of shops nearby, and the free parking—including Tesla chargers—is a huge plus.
There were a couple of drawbacks, however. Breakfast was a letdown; even though we arrived at 8:45 AM, most of the food was gone. We waited ten minutes for some muffins and bread, but there wasn't even any butter available. The pool area was also underwhelming, as it's quite small and felt neglected, with dusty furniture and no towels on hand. That said, we had a very good stay overall, and it’s definitely worth the price.
The room was great. The view was great. But the floor wasn't so great. It was a little bit dirty. Maybe it's just all the dust in the area. Also, no one put new body gel in the shower. It was half empty when we got there. Details matter.
Beautiful bungalow on the Lake. Very spacious room, wish we could have stayed longer!

Disliked: Amenities
We booked in Aug 2025, and when we checked in 9pm and the front desk told us there’s no room. The booking we had previous week had no problem. My 14 year old who worked 10hours at the tennis garden as a ball boy has to drive 2 hours back home at night, because all the hotel were sold out during the Tourament. It’s almost clear that the hotel most likely give our booked room to people who paid higher price that day! Horrible experience! Do not trust this hotel and avoid it any means!
Excellent little getaway in a beautiful property. My only complaint is that there weren’t enough coffee cups during the breakfast and no urgency to get anymore.
room nice and spacious had room on the end of building, found that it was a bit larger, very nice. hotel grounds were very nice, areas to sit down by the lake. staff very accommodating and courteous. will be planning this as our lodging location next time we are in town for tennis at indian wells.
This hotel was clean and comfortable with charming lakeside views. The staff was fantastic, and the location was close to shopping and restaurants and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. My only suggestion for improvement was that breakfast was very light—would be great to at least add some yogurt options.

Great location but staffing on Monday and Tuesday needs work. For, example our room was cleaned on Tuesday but dishes and coffee cups were left behind and the room wasn't really refreshed. Breakfast is super basic and could be improved.
