My room was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I had a view of the pool from the second floor. My dog Palmer and I had a nice couple of days. I had a CBD massage at the spa the restaurant there was excellent. The staff was superb. I’ve stayed here many times. The stairwells could be a little cleaner and it needs a little like a spruce up.

My family and I came to The Saguaro Hotel for the Disco fun party and it was amazing !! We will definitely come back and enjoy this beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and helpful especially Jisauri he has great customer service! I love the Saguaro l and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great time here in Palm Springs.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially Dominic at the front desk who assisted with a very easy check in procedure and getting our room ready for us when we arrived. Really appreciated his help and assistance with a second room when we had more people come. Also the DJs on Sunday are absolute fire! Only issue I had was that the ice maker near our room wasn't producing ice, and the one on the second floor was broken. We had to walk clear across the hotel for ice to put in our water bottles. That was a little frustrating as we heard from other guests the machine had been broken for days.

This hotel is always a good vibe! Definitely a party for a holiday weekend! The rooms are a bit pirates and ran down but they are clean. The staff is beyond friendly and go above and beyond! Pool staff is the best and so accommodating!

The best thing about this place was the pool party with awesome DJ’s (especially the female DJ!!!) on Saturday!!! Loved the vegan options on the menu and the automatic 12 pm checkout time was also very much appreciated! We will therefore definitely be back!
