SoHo hotel rooms a the Red Roof Inn

"The rooms were tirex, the lobby was a bus stop with all the flogs of tourists with suitcases open, random people strays off street roaming around. Will never stay again. Staff was polite and nice ans shld be credited. Massive bus tours come here and clog up the elevators and there is some unsafe feeling - 2 incidents during my stay. "

"Service was above and beyond. The elevator technology was not like I’ve seen before but it was well explained to me. Easy to get to from the tunnel. Room was spotless. Can’t say enough, especially for a hotel in NYC"

"I don’t really understand the purpose of the resort fee. Just charge what you need to charge for the room. There were no extra resort amenities like you would find if you’re at the beach so it just doesn’t make sense but otherwise it was a great day the staff was awesome."

"We had several issues with housekeeping. Front desk staff and managers were super professional and empathetic. They helped us solve our housekeeping challenges after a few days. Again, front desk and managers were amazing and made our stay much better! On the other hand, the location of this hotel is amazing. "
