"The room was clean and smelled good. The bed was soft and comfortable. I appreciated the face tissues, blow dryer, and closet space. The staff was very welcoming and kept our room nice and clean with extra towels each day. The pool, hot tub, and breakfast accommodation was really nice. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed within walking distance. I really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was a nice cozy place to stay! My daughter and grandson enjoyed the heated pool and clean hot tub! Breakfast was hot and always filled for all to enjoy! All staff from the front desk to house keeping we nice and inviting! The little river In the back provided a peaceful touch with some wildlife to enjoy. I sometimes do cabins or vrbos but I really enjoyed the pricing and how this was around several places in the area to enjoy right in town! "

"This place was wonderful. The best place to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Lots of different things to do! Swim, Eat, Arcade Games and Gem Mining! Very easy access to get to everything. The rooms were so clean and very cozy! "

"The location was clean and secure. Staff was incredibly friendly. Daisy with housekeeping was a total sweetheart and did an amazing job. We spent 5 days there during Christmas and were surprised at how quiet and serene everything was. Zero noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast was economical and good. We will definitely return next year."
