"Employees seemed very friendly, but not at first glance. Once you have a conversation with them, they're all super nice. Room was pretty small and I wondered if the comforter was actually clean, but overall it seemed decently clean. Coffee was good. Breakfast was the same everyday - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Not bad. Pool area has clean towels for you to use. The place is pretty run down overall but very affordable."

"Check in was very easy. Very nice staff. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast across the street everyday. Hotel was within walking distance to a lot of things we wanted to do. We rode the trolley to Dollywood for $6.00 total instead of paying &25.00 for parking.Definitely will rent here again."
