"Beautiful property Parking was a huge issue so settled for valet parking which was $70 No microwave in rooms and traveled with 2 kids so that would of came in handy. Bellmen and front desk cree was amazing. Would stay again.."

"Good location, walkable to restaurants and art museum. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. We show a show at the fox theater across the street, was perfect location for it. Upgraded to a suite which was nice surprise. Beds comfortable."

"They do not have guest services, which is a No for me. Made a reservation for 3 adults in the room, there was only towels for 2, no extras. When i called 2 have towels brought to the room, i was told i would have to come to front desk to get them because they didn't have guest services, so every day for 3nights 4days i had to go get towels because they refused to leave enough towels for 3 guest. On first night of stay our toilet stopped up, i called to let them know this and i was told that they dont have 24 hr maintenance service but they could bring me a plunger, needless to say that didnt work and they had to switch our rooms to another floor,; which was a inconvenience because we were traveling with others and our rooms were next to each other. Although staff was nice about everything, because of all the other inconveniences, i would.nt stay here again."

"The staff is not friendly or helpful. There was also an unknown brown mark on one of my towels and there weren’t any extras to use. "
