9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,332 reviews)
My stay didn't start well.
Had requested checkin at 12PM (instead of 2PM) a few times before arriving, as soon as I arrived I was told room is not ready/ available at 12. The room which was alloted to me after finally checking in after 9PM had a few maintenance issues (bathtub plug non functioning, phone not working).
Had to request for a change of room when it could have been a well maintained room from the beginning. By the end of sorting everything out, I was dead tired. Finally the next room I was given was much better but this whole experience left a sour note in my short trip to Singapore.
Overall the staff were helpful and this property won't be my first choice for the next visit.
