Never again!

"The room was very nice, clean, well kept. Fresh towels everyday. That was nice. But no drawers to unpack clothing and only 4 coat hangers . However, according to the website, there should have been free area shuttle- there was not. A very nice lady at the front desk took us to a restaurant on her personal scooter. We walked back to the hotel. Yes, the bicycles were free to use AFTER we aired up our own tires, fixed the handle bars from falling down, never could fix the seat from falling, it had no brakes and no headlights. They are rolling death traps. There was no spa at all, as proclaimed by your website. There is a bar by the pool but you have to BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL. Because it’s just an empty space. We had to ask for the promised free water. There are no water views from The hotel. And the beach is about 200 yards from the hotel. The restaurant was never open while we were there so we had to walk to restaurants every day (again, no shuttle as stated on the website)"

"Given it’s a resort some may find it acceptable to have lizards and mosquitoes in the room. There were also little bugs on the bed that looked like dots but move when you touch it. Towels were not clean. Found stains on them and also on the bed linens. Water pressure in shower is good. Cafe serves nice food. Tennis courts were nice and well-maintained. Location wise It’s quite far from main roads and shops and you would need to taxi to get out. Staff were helpful and polite. If you’re looking at their facilities for activities in the day I’ll say go for it. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with prestine sheets, it’s not for you. But for those who are comfortable with the great outdoors, this would be a nice place. "

"The water pressure for the shower is almost non-existent. The pressure is low that it’s almost impossible to shower ( I had stupidly ignored the reviews I had read and booked the accommodation).And the mixer knob is damaged with only the spine sticking out and thus impossible to use. I had to shower elsewhere daily before returning to the resort to sleep. "

"We recently stayed at Sunset Park Resort and Spa, and it was a peaceful paradise. Our luxury cabin (#402) was perfectly situated by the beach, offering stunning sunsets and easy access to one of the inviting pools, creating the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. The spa experience was exceptional, with some of the best massages and reflexology treatments I’ve ever had. The skilled therapists tailored each session to perfection, leaving me completely rejuvenated. The breakfasts were equally delightful—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to satisfy every palate. Starting the day with such a tasty spread was a highlight in itself. Special thanks to the outstanding manager, Natthaya Broussard, whose warm and welcoming style ensured everything ran smoothly, and to "Pear" at the reception desk, whose friendly, above-and-beyond service made every interaction a joy. The New Year’s celebration was a highlight, featuring an awe-inspiring fireworks display over the Gulf of Thailand—an unforgettable way to welcome the new year. This resort is a true gem for anyone seeking relaxation, exceptional service, and memorable experiences. I can’t wait to return!"
