"Loved the location and the friendly staff. Beds were comfy and clean. I enjoyed the ceiling fan in our room and it seemed as though the property was newly painted. Furniture was old but serviceable. Breakfast was limited but enough to get you on your way (individual wrapped bagels and muffins, cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, and juices along with waffle maker which we didn’t try). "

"The on site restaurant is closed Monday-Wednesday. So we found several places on the bay front in Newport that were very good. Bed was very comfortable 😴"

"My girls loved the warm outdoor pool! The hot tub and sauna were nice too, all kept nice and clean. We used the gas grills to make some burgers and they even supplied some utensils to help! Biscuits and gravy served for breakfast with eggs and sausage! Not bad! Easy access to the beach was the best, with great views from the room, balcony and even the shower! "

"Nice room, not renovated. Very soft mattress. No daily housekeeping. Clean and very friendly. Free breakfast was basic but was a nice bonus. "

" Loved the nature walk—felt like a forest retreat, but so secluded. The beach path with views of the golf course and water was stunning. Cute shops and a great pizza place, too. Highly recommend and we’re heading back soon with my sisters for a spa day! "
