"The staff were accommodating. The outdoor pool is crowded, making swimming difficult. The room was so small. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, and you couldn't adjust the temperature, which was so cold. The TV wasn't working, and there was a smell from the toilet."

"Short stay on a layover back to Canada. Very close to terminal 1/2 so quick transfer to/from the airport. Great hotel and staff! Room service breakfast was outstanding. Wish we had more time to check out the Nobu restaurant. "
