On our stay at this location on 05/03/2024, we found the bathroom was not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet was dirty. I mentioned it to the night staff with no results. I therefore went to the store and got toilet brush and disinfectant. I got back and cleaned the toilet and the bathroom floor. Additionally, the A/C unit and controls were terrible. we could not get the room below 70*F and it did not matter what we set the controls on, our room was hot all night. As we were very tired, we went to bed. Upon checking out, I explained to the front desk person our situation and she immediately apologized for what we had to deal with last night. This woman needs to be given an award or a raise as she truly knows what Customer Service is and should be. She went out of her way to make us feel better and that Someone Really Cared. This is one person that corporate needs to know about, her name is: Rene Sutton.
She Truly Loves Her Job and made us feel so much better. Thanks for reading my review.
