If you plan to stay out during the day and you just need a place to rest, I recommend this property. There is also a gym, which is a plus. Furnitures and toilet are a bit old. Overall good"

"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"

Quirk is that they only provide 3 keys maximum for four guests and these are also required for all power in the unit. Originally we would leave the card out during the day but the house would be come intolerably hot upon our return home. "Brand new, affordable, great rooms for the price. The only downside is the lack of good view as the nearby area is under development and you just see construction and buildings with low occupancy. Hopefully things will change as the development finishes in the next couple of years."

"The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."
