The room was clean and as pictured in the photos. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful with transportation questions. Another positive was that the breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered a variety of options every day. The property is close to many central areas. Beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location to see the major tourist attractions on foot. Breakfast was provided with our booking which included a wide range of food and drink. The deluxe room with 2 double beds was very spacious and clean with plenty of useful amenities. The room provided filtered water which was very useful. Staff were friendly assisting with booking a taxi upon check out and the concierge as happy to help with our heavy luggage

Great location, it was easily accessible to train and bus lines. Lots of sites and things to do within walking distance. Staff were amazing! The only issue we had was with the elevator. At certain times, it was super slow and packed, so there would often be a wait. It was find during non-peak hours. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Room is very spacious but a bit dated, especially the bathroom which needs an upgrade. The windows aren't that well sound proof as we could hear the traffic even thought we were on the 10th floor. Staff are friendly and curteous. Buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. There was renovations taking place which we were made aware of after we've booked it, but that didn't bother us as we were out during the day. However, the lack of available lifts due to the renovations made us wasted a lot of time just waiting for an available lift with enough space for us.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Seoul. The room temperature was not controllable. It was too warm. The air conditioner could not be turned on for maintenance, so the only way to cool down was to open the windows. Unfortunately, an outside renovation was underway and making a lot of noise. These conditions should have been disclosed before or after reservations are made. The elevators were slow and crowded. The whole stay was terrible. The only saving grace was that the room had a view of KyungBokGung, Blue House, and Bukak mountain.
