The hotel was excellent. The room was exactly what I needed for a multi-night stay. The area around hotel is amazing, and ideal for stepping out anywhere in Seoul. The walls are a bit thin, but overall, I loved this place and will stay again.

Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice.

We stayed here for 7 days in April 2024. We had some initial issues getting the email with check-in information, and had to contact the online help-desk. Here, we were initially greeted by a chat-bot, but managed to communicate with real staff in the end. Even then, we had to translate messages from Korean to English ourselves. Besides that everything was very smooth as soon as we got the check-in information. Our room was as expected and having a laundry machine was nice. The area is very attractive as many of the main sight-seeing places are walkable from the hotel.

I would like to express my gratitude for staying at this lovely place. I was taken care of and had my questions answered even before checking in as I was coming in from Busan on the 25 April viz KTX. The personnel in charge was patient despite our communication barrier and was able to answer all my questions. More Hangers were provided for airing for dry clothes as requested earlier despite having requested it almost a year ago . They remembered ! The room, just as the picture had shown. It was great how all the check in information came in at the stated time for me before even arriving at the property . Hot water , cosy apartment , lovely, simple and clean minimalist style . Just like what it’s shown in the pictures . Would definitely considering returning . Very cool new cafe opened recently , serving really delicious einspanners . The location is convenient, but I would advice everyone to take exit 2-1 ( lift ) or exit 1instead to avoid the stairs, just saying if your knees aren’t strong like mine , it’s an additional 5 minutes more but it’s so worth it being of “flatter” ground . This apartment is right in the Center of the most happening cafe/ restaurant scene , and late night supper is available with just a stone’s throw away. Love that it was walkable to bukchon hanok village and the other Korean heritage places … insadong is nearby too … take the map and start pinning all the locations and you can cover most of it in just a day just by walking .😍😍😍

Great stay for a solo week in Seoul! Located on a quiet street, with lots of dining options close by. Walkable to many iconic locations such as Insa-dong Culture Street, Changgyeonggung Palace, and Hanok Villages. Easy self check-in process with a code to enter, which was very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely book it again. While the apartment was compact and the kitchen basic, it was enough to allow us to make breakfast before heading out to explore, and to cook some basic food like instant ramen when we were tired and wanted a quiet dinner. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Nice amenities and I liked that they even had face wash in the bathroom! The location was perfect for us, as it's in a quiet street but really close to all the restaurants, shops and cool cafés in Ikseondong, and we found the area really charming with lots of good food options. We could also walk easily to the main palaces, Jogyesa temple and interesting neighbourhoods like Insadong, and had subway access nearby when we wanted to head out further. The airport limousine bus dropped us off 10 minutes away. The self check-in process was smooth and easy, just make sure to register your contact details on the link they send you in advance. There's a café downstair where you can have breakfast as well, even though it's not affiliated with Urbanstay, and a convenience store a few steps away.

Stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. Really enjoyed it. Loved that it has a washer/dryer which we needed since this was the last leg of our South Korea trip. Loved that there is a bidet and luggage storage. Note that the room doesn’t get cleaned by staff during your stay but it’s fine with me.

such a beautiful room! we stayed for two weeks and enjoyed all of our time in the location that we were in too. the subway was about 5minutes away and the stay is right next to ikseon-dong hanok village! all of the restaurants we went in were beautiful.

冬の寒い時でしたが暖房をつけなくてもあたたかく清潔感もあり、水回りもきれいでした。 特にキッチンや洗濯機もあるのでここに泊まるなら持ってくる荷物が半分で済むなととおもいました。ホテルの周りにコンビニ、飲食店は豊富すぎるほどあるし、サウナも近くにあります。今度韓国にきたときもここを利用しようとおもいます。

Great space to spend longer stays at!

My partner and I stayed in Urbanstay Boutique Ikseon during our week trip in Seoul. It's a stone's throw away from Ikseon-dong and just a quick walk to several different stations (Euljiro-3-ga and Anguk). The room was very warm and cozy. Bed was in between firm and soft, but it was very spacious. It was very helpful to have a washer/dryer the entire time since we were on a two week trip away from home. Communication with the people at Urbanstay was very easy as well. However, if you're looking to have a place to be cleaned everyday, this is not the place for you. (We were okay to not have this place everyday — made us feel more at home).

You won’t be regret, just book this one!

Wonderful 4-night stay here! The room is spacious, and will anything you might need (kitchen, washing machine). Amazing neighbourhoods! The price is so reasonable (it’s quite cheap comparing with other hotels in Seoul), I will revisit this hotel when I come to Seoul next time! (Airport shuttle bus 6011 is near by, drop at the changdeokgung stop, 5 mins walk to the hotel)

這間有洗衣烘衣機，還有餐具微波爐，冰箱超棒有冷凍櫃，非常適合自由行行李少的旅客，空間比較小一點，一人頂多一件行李就會沒空間走路了。整體都蠻乾淨的，地點很棒，很多景點走路可到，附近有三間超商。缺點是無全身鏡，電視調到最小聲還是無敵大聲。飯店可自助寄行李也很棒喔！

メールで細かく対応してくれるのでフロントがあるホテルよりもスムーズだった。 場所も歩いてなんでもあるので最高。 3連泊を延長して5連泊にして、友人もこのここに変更してきました。とてもおすすめです。 They responded to all the details via email, so it went more smoothly than a hotel with a front desk. The location is great because you can walk to everything. I extended my three night stay to five nights, and my friend also changed to this place. I highly recommend it.
