"The staff is always helpful and very kind. Checking in this time was horrible, it took over an hour to get checked in. We enjoy coming here, but we did have an incident this time around. Be careful going to the little shop and how they charge you. I bought three items that should have been $15 usd, she ended up charging me $40usd. She took my cash and then said I could pay the difference on card. I went back and confronted them, they didn’t apologize and charged me for items I didn’t even get. The property is always nice, the food is okay and the pools are amazing."
