"First day we didn’t get hot water. It is challenging to communicate with staff due to none knows English well. Rooms are clean , staff is disorganized. "
"Excellent high end property with welcoming staff (Hagar at the reception and Said in food and beverage gave great service) spacious rooms and great location between Fes and Meknes an aqua park in the summer time. Thank you for a memorable stay."
"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"
"Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks"

"We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool."
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palais Medina Riad Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking architecture, which beautifully blends traditional Moroccan elegance with modern luxury. The atmosphere is serene, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile.
