"We spent three nights at Palais Fès Yahya and truly loved our stay. This family‑run hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Fes medina, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help us navigate the medina and recommend excellent guided tours. The riad itself has a beautiful, traditional décor that adds so much charm to the experience. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace — a lovely place to start or end the day. Breakfast was included and just perfect to begin our mornings. A warm, authentic and memorable stay. Highly recommended."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."

"There was nothing particularly wrong with this place but my mistake was having booked the single room. Let's just say it was a very, very small room with a bathroom just about the size of a closet. Another issue is the fact that the wifi was quite weak, at times so slow as to be non-functional. I could have probably just asked to move to a larger room but I just chose to pay more to go to another riad."

"The host was absolutely brilliant! They were so accessible and accommodating, the property was beautiful filled with unique and interesting features. Felt like we were staying with friends! I wish there were more properties like this. Location was very convenient. Loved it!!"

"Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry."
