"I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city, close to everything, with the metro station directly downstairs. Even better, the food court is connected to the metro, so you can reach both without ever stepping outside the building. It made getting around and finding meals incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank‑you to Ms. Du, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also did an exceptional job—Xiaoer, in particular, kept my room spotless and was always attentive and friendly. I also really appreciated the self‑laundry room on the 31st floor. It was easy to use and saved me from packing too many clothes for the trip. With its perfect location, great service, and thoughtful amenities, this hotel is an easy choice. I’d definitely stay here again. "
