Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to our requests - extra towels, firmer pillows , late checkouts etc Hotel close the Huagiangbei and Dongman shopping area. The room we stayed in is very spacious. We had a wonderful time in Shenzhen.

Great location within walking distance of Dongmen pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There are staff that are able to speak both Cantonese, mandarin and some english. Room was spacious and clean, with the bathroom being almost as big as the bedroom! I always recommend Crowne plaza, especially in China!
