"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."

"There were random stains on most of blankets, pillows, chairs, and even curtains. The toilet was leaking water. Body wash is not provided, although shampoo and hand soap is. We arrived for check-in around 3:30 and had to wait ~20 minutes for a staff member to come to the desk. AC was good."
