The pool and hot tub were too cold to use and the water looked very dirty. There was an unavailable sign on the door but the front desk stated we could still use it, they had just received complaints of it being cold.

Room was dirty, carpet looked absolutely filthy. Blood drops in the floor and stains everywhere. Spent the night sleeping in our clothes on top of the sheets. Would never stay there again and would tell people to stay away.

Room was dirty. Smelled stank and smoky. Hallway smelled like weed. 2nd floor only, third floor smelled fine. Ice maker 2nd floor out of order.
