"The price for the room was very reasonable. Especially considering we were leaving Texas and came to Shreveport to gamble and decided to stay at the last minute. The room was clean and very spacious. The employees were very kind. The only con I had was us needing to be escorted back and forth to our room because they were only given five room keys for the night. However, the nice lady that was escorting people on the elevator was extremely kind and funny. She volunteered to work a double just to help out. I tipped her $20 for her troubles. Give her a raise! "
