"Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite the outside construction. The staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"Rooms were small. We took a standard twin & it was tight opening 2 mid sized luggages (24”) at the same time. That, we kinda expected but having “cabinets” that do not open for use is a great loss of usable space for guests. Not giving full 5 stars because of this. Otherwise, room was clean & well maintained. Coffee is not provided in the rooms, only Japanese tea & bottled water. Free skincare for ladies at the lobby. Front desk staff are courteous & helpful. "We stayed for a week and got a great rate. Location was ideal, transportation links were fantastic, close to the train station, tram right outside front door as well as airport bus. The room was basic but met our needs and it was clean. Great ac, fridge and kettle in the room. Also there was free luggage storage. Nothing bad to say at all."

"Everything, staff were kind and courteous and happy to help. Room was spotless and huge with amenities and comfortable bed and seating area. In a quiet area but easy access to trams ans a 10 min walk to Kagoahima-chuo"
"We absolutely LOVE the Dormy Inns we have stayed at, and this property was no exception. The top amenity is of course the onsen, which we visited twice a day. It is a wonderful and relaxing experience after a tough day of climbing temple steps! The other little touches are quite nice as well: the free ice cream, ramen, comfortable lounge attire, it all adds up to a very nice stay. The staff is always friendly, and it’s just a great place to stay. "
"The hotel is very convenient and well located. We had a spacious room. The only negative point was that the communication with the staff is very limitated as long as they speak Japanese and hardly English"
"The hotel is conveniently located near Tenmonkan. The staff are very courteous, and the facilities are newly renovated and well-maintained. I have stayed here twice already and would be pleased to return in the future."
"Easy check-in process and right in the middle of downtown. We were able to store our bags when arriving in the morning before we could enter the room. Very close to tram/bus stop that goes to the airport and Shinkansen train station. The beds were comfortable but a little on the softer side, and the amenities provided were very nice. Recommended!"
