"Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable. "

"施設は古いですが我慢出来ます。 部屋に入るとキッチンのスポンジは使い古されたもので、食器用洗剤はほぼ空でした。 この点をホストに連絡したところ、すぐに確認しますと連絡がありましたが、2泊の滞在中には何も起きませんでした。 温泉は素晴らしいですが、中国人の方が身体を洗わずに湯船に入り、そのまますね毛を剃りはじめ、お湯の中で長いていました。"

"ホテルが空いてなかったため利用しました。ホテルよりも広く、千歳駅からも徒歩圏であり、すぐ近くにセイコーマートもあり便利です。 ただ、清掃がやや雑に思えます。ぱっと見は綺麗なのですが、よく見ると「風呂場の床の隅のほうが水垢で赤くなっている」「食器棚の中に毛が落ちておる」「ベットボードの枕元の棚は埃が溜まってる」など、気になる箇所がありました。 一泊当たり1万5千円払ってこれなら、次回はホテルが空いてないときは遠くても札幌市内で空いてるホテルを探そうかと思います。"
