"The location is wonderful which provided many shopping and dining opportunities. The staff is welcoming and an extra bonus is the laundry facility. We were very comfortable."

"Walking distance from everything. The hotel is located between Dotonbori & high luxury shopping. What an amazing location. You literally have a 7eleven downstairs, 3 stores over. I recommend this hotel to everyone!"
"Room is located in the heart of Dotonbori. Walk outside and you are on the main strip. Some taxis find it difficult to get close so if you can a lot of bags, you may be carrying them a few hundred metres which can be a little difficult when the area is busy. However this was a small inconvenience given the location. Rooms are small, however we did not spend a lot of time inside it so it suited our purpose. Despite being a loud night district, room was extremely quiet. Would return again. "
"It is nice to come back to the hotel after a long day walking around and there’s cold water or if you want coffee in the morning free 24 hours. Also it’s convenient, easy walk to the shops, market and train station. The staff are friendly."
"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Everything was efficient and clean. Just was confused by the system where they leave supplies at your door, like where to put dirty towels if fresh ones are left at the door. The lifts get crowded."
