"This was the only hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan, where the room size and design were quite close to a standard North American hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and easily accesible via public transit on the Kitahama line if necessary. I also enjoyed the amenities they offered, which included luxurious skin care and face masks. The hotel room bathroom was one level instead of the other cabin type bathroom designs common to Japanese hotels. I believe it was recently renovated, and definitely felt quite modern. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby, as well as the ability to do our own pour overs. I would recommend staying here."
