"Great property for any stay over a few days. Splurge a little for a 2 bedroom premier, and for the same price as a hotel room you get a 1,400 sq ft very contemporary apartment with 2 full baths, a very well equipped full size kitchen with a washer and dryer. My unit on a high floor had no common walls with any other unit for total privacy! The staff, particularly housekeepers and front door staff were wonderful. There’s direct access from Ascott directly into a very large vibrant upscale mall with endless eating options. The Shenzhen Metro is literally 2 minutes from the front door, use exit E to access the property. One station down from Ascott is a mammoth Walmart with lots of prepared food, and across the street from the Ascott entrance and around the corner is a great, and modestly priced duck restaurant. So, overall, this is a great property in a very convenient location. "

"Bed was really hard, almost like the floor!! Very uncomfortable to sleep on, painful. Other guest also smoking and smoke entered venting in our room and we could not get smell of smoke out! My fiancé was devastated and in severe pain when she woke up"

"This property is super convenient with MTR station downstair, restaurants and food stalls around the corner; fashion wholesale and retail shops across the street. Room is clean, air conditioning system is good and comfortable; room with nice view on 39th floor. The only thing is cars couldn’t park in front of the hotel for loading luggage. I will stay in this hotel next time."
