"The smell & presence of mould in the room was unbearable; toilet brush covered in all manner of debris, paint peeling off walls, common areas unkept, staff yelling outside rooms at early hours. Non-compliant electrical & plumbing work evident throughout"

"The property was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. The buffet breakfast and hotel amenities like the waterside bar and cafe were also nice. The shuttle service was also handy. We booked 2 king bedrooms. The rooms were clean but quite basic. Unfortunately one of the rooms we were allocated (even though they were the same price) was located at the back of building looking into a hill and was very dark. A noisy electricity box was located outside this room which kept us awake during the night."

"Dirty walkways in rooms with people's stuff scattered throughout. Couldn't even walk to my bed without having to tip toe around other people's open suitcases with stuff everywhere. Felt like people were living full time there and felt like an inconvenience being in their space. "
