"Door lock all way issue"

"I have stayed at this hotel for three different occasions with no issues whatsoever until now. I booked a multiple-bed, suite for my family of five but the room had a water/leak bulge on the ceiling above one of the beds, then flakes of paint were falling on the nightstand and bed. The room also had a loose top hinge on the main door (card entry door), which broke the morning after our first night. The door would not close and had to be left halfway open until maintenance arrived to repair the top hinge which was also a safety issue for the children. On top of that, we weren’t offered room service and we had to ask for bags, towels, and a broom."

"We arrived at check in time (4pm)and had to wait over an hour for a room to be cleaned. Once we finally got in, the temperature of the room was cool if you stood in front of the AC even though it was set on 61. We left to go get supper and returned at dark. When we turned the lights on water bugs/roachs went everywhere in the kitchenette area. After talking with the front desk staff regarding our options, we decided to check out the next morning and get refunded the other two nights of our reservation. Also the kitchenette was not equipped with needed items such as paper towels, dish detergent, etc."

"We stayed here the week before Memorial Day 5/18-5/22, hotel was very clean, daily breakfast was awesome, pool and lazy river are also very nice. Only downfall to our stay, along with everyone else that stayed here this week was that everyone was dependent on one singular elevator to accommodate the entire property. Sometimes you’d have to wait at least 20 mins to hopefully catch a ride on the elevator and you’d have to pray that it wasn’t already too crowded."

"This hotel is a scam! Please be careful and DO NOT BOOK your reservation here! This hotel changed my booking to a smaller room with less beds that were smaller in size. This room didn't have a gulf room like I paid for and expected. I'm now fighting with them to return the difference in room rates. They also put an unauthorized charge on my bank card when we ate at their restaurant. I repeat.... DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!"
