"Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All staff extremely smiley and helpful. Lovely big room with coffee maker, hairdryer, desk fan. Milk, biscuits, caramel wafers and tunnocks tea cakes to help yourself to on each floor in the corridors. Breakfast was served by lovely young members of staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we will definitely return"

"Wonderful room with a view of the gardens, felt very luxurious, thank you, however, the stay was slightly let down by having prepaid for breakfast, then having to select an early breakfast time the following day due to event taking place. Due to the times available, the breakfast was missed."

"Welcome from the guy on the desk wasn’t very friendly. We were a little early arriving and before we tried to explain we wanted to leave our luggage and return, he just said “three o’clock”. Eventually he heard what we wanted to say but he really wasn’t friendly at all. After check in which was fine, the stay was very nice with a good breakfast, albeit the dining area was a bit a small. Nice and clean and in a good area for the city centre. "

"Rooms a bit dated but makes no difference to them being clean and comfy. Helpful staff. Loads of parking (no charge). "

"For a 1 night business trip this was ideal. The hotel was clean and comfortable but a bit tired in decor. My room had an unusual beam in a doorway, but the bed was very comfortable and all of the amenities were clean and functional."

"stayed here as we were seeing stereophonics at the arena and handy for the tram. dropped the bags in the room and went straight out, got in 2am had breakfast and left. it was clean, breakfast was nice and we slept ok. every staff member was friendly can't say anything bad about the place."
