"This hotel is average at best. Stayed twice recently, 1st time the toilet flooded under the tiles, the 2nd time there was a disgusting chemical smell when we entered the room - no wonder the windows were open. Night porter is simply not trained in bar service - a flat pint , and a 25ml baileys poured and charged for (should be 50ml). "

"Staff were pleasant and friendly. Booked the standard room which was comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. A few minor issues including some mould around the shower and sink plug hole and there was not have much of a view. "
