Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg
10/10 Excellent
"I would recommend it to anybody cause your in waking distance from downtown and the rooms are very clean and the breakfast was good also .. so when I come back down I plan to stay there again"
Comfort Suites Gatlinburg Downtown-Convention Center
8/10 Good
"Room was clean , comfortable. Pool is inside too warm. But I don’t need a pool. Breakfast is included it’s a save especially with children. It’s walking distance to everything in town . My main reason for staying there."
The Wander Hotel, a Ramada by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"Need better place for dogs to potty. If you are going to be pet friendly. "
Embassy Suites By Hilton Gatlinburg Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Centrally located to Gatlinburg attractions, made to order omelets at breakfast each morning were so good (!!!), outdoor & indoor pool + slide and hot tub were a hit for the whole family. It was the perfect stay!! Only con was the one evening we ate dinner at the on site restaurant- Roaring Fork - food was lackluster at best, pricey and service was poor."
The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
8/10 Good
"It's a super beautiful hotel just showing its age is all we had to move rooms because our balcony door wouldn't shut the water in the shower was cold alot of our stay the pool area was super cool but not if you wanna relax just alot of kids that stay there as well is all they dont have staff out there ever so they kind do whatever they want and climb on everything someone is definitely going to get hurt..... they dont really clean the pool area either like the whole 6 days we stayed there was trash like used bandages everywhere all the time (same ones same spot ) but other they are super nice and the cookies are sooooo good and warm"

"Great location! Easy 10 minute walk to convention center and downtown area. Restaurant is on site (excellent pizza) but open hours are inconsistent"
Bearskin Lodge on the River
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our 4-night stay in a 3rd floor River-side room at Bearskin Lodge. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and a child; beds were comfortable; bathroom was sufficient. The balcony and view of the river and trees was peaceful and a special treat (though sadly we did not see any black bears). Only downside was the noise from the AC and dehumidifier running simultaneously. Breakfast was actually better than expected: cold offerings like cereal/milk, fruit (fresh cut pineapple plus apples, oranges, bananas), hard-boiled eggs, and yogurts; as well as some hot—pancake machine, breakfast sandwiches (prepackaged, microwaveable), bread and bagels to toast. Basic drip coffee, tea bags, hot cocoa packets, OJ, and apple juice rounded out the drink options. Not 5-star by any stretch, but enough options for most. The pool area was smallish but much loved by my 4-year old! The pool (deepest depth 5’) was cool (temp), while the tiny lazy river was warm—a few tubes were available (1st come, 1st served). The area is a bit noisy due to the equipment needed to run both water areas in a hut right in the middle of the pool area. Parking was easy and covered, which was a boon given the traffic and high parking fees in town. We were able to walk to some local spots (3mins to the Ober Mtn tram) and use the free bus/trolley (a stop right out front) to access restaurants and shopping further up the main strip. In all, it was a very pleasant stay and I’d return!"
Best Western Johnson's Inn Downtown Gatlinburg
10/10 Excellent
"Habitación limpia al igual que las instalaciones: solo dejar como referencia el desayuno que está muy pobre en ofertas ."
